Project Description
This challenging project was completed in 2 phases under occupied conditions, The rather unique construction process involved demolishing and reconstructed half of the building while the other half was occupied with Tenants. Upon completion of the new half (phase 1) the Tenants swapped spaces and construction commenced at the other half (phase 2). In total 21,061 SF of tenant space was provided, as well as a 14,000 SF subterranean parking garage.
